Action Medical Research International (AMRI) was established for the purpose of providing financial and other assistance to Action Medical Research and similar organizations. The Internal Revenue Service has ruled that AMRI qualifies as a charitable organization as described in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. AMRI's EIN is 43-1695616.
Charitable Trusts and Foundations
Action Medical Research relies entirely upon voluntary support. It is fortunate to benefit from the loyalty and generosity of a large number of Foundations or Trusts, each making a valuable contribution to the costs of funding the vital medical research projects that it supports.
Action Medical Research funds only the highest quality medical research, selected by panels of experts and highly respected in the medical profession. A donation from a Foundation or Trust to Action Medical Research can be dedicated to a medical research project related to a specific area of research, or a particular location where the research is based.
Action Medical Research would be glad to tell you more about the background of the charity, the range of research covered by the projects it currently supports, and its ambitions for continuing the advances in medical knowledge which it has helped to achieve in the last 50 years.
